How We Work at E-GROUP

Inquiry & Gap Assessment

Clients contact us via form, phone or email. We conduct a quick pre-assessment to understand scope, existing systems, and the standard(s) you want to meet. Based on findings we deliver a concise Gap Assessment Report and a recommended roadmap with timeline and cost estimate.

Planning & Documentation

We work with your leadership and process owners to prepare required documentation: policies, procedures, and records. If needed, we provide sample templates and a Documentation Checklist to accelerate readiness.

Training & Capacity Building

We run role-based trainings (e.g., Management Representative, Internal Auditor, Welfare Officer, Chemical Management) and hands-on workshops so your team can implement and own the system internally.

Implementation & Internal Audit

Your team implements the documented processes. We support with on-site/remote coaching and perform an Internal Audit (pre-audit) to identify non-conformities and corrective actions.

Certification Audit & Verification

After remediation, we coordinate the certification audit with the accredited body (or support your third-party auditor). We assist through the audit process until certificate issuance, and we also provide certificate-verification instructions for stakeholders.

Post-Certification Support & Continuous Improvement

Certification is just the start. We help set KPIs, conduct periodic surveillance support, refresher trainings, and readiness checks for recertification to ensure sustained compliance and continuous improvement.
